Power Outages/Blinks

We want to hear from you when there's a power outage in your area. Please do not assume that a neighbor will call. Your prompt reporting of an outage will allow us to correct the problem in a timely and efficient manner.

Our computerized outage response system will answer your power emergency calls quickly and easily. Simply call our toll-free number-888-655-4243-to report an outage. Our toll-free number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our telephone system will answer up to 12 calls at a time. You will be asked to provide your telephone number including area code. Your phone number will automatically let us know where the outage is occurring. You also will have the option of leaving a voice message or staying on the line to talk to a dispatcher.

This service reduces busy signals during power outages, freeing dispatchers to troubleshoot problems and assign repair crews.

If you are experiencing a minor service problem, such as a security light outage, you may report it here.
